Suggestion Title: FRU Uniforms

Division: Fire

Currently LFB command are unable to have their ranked helmets on when running as FRU as the option doesn't exist in the locker,

the current helmets are for each rank are on the normal turnouts not the extra outfits like the water rescue and chemical response

could we please get possibly eight more uniform configs for the following
FRU Water Rescue with lead fire fighter helmet
FRU Water Rescue with Sub officer helmet
FRU Water Rescue with Station officer helmet
FRU Water Rescue with Station Commander helmet

FRU Chemical response outfits,
FRU Chemical response with lead fire fighter helmet
FRU Chemical response with Sub officer helmet
FRU Chemical response with Station officer helmet
FRU Chemical response with Station Commander helmet
