Declined Follow Me option on matrix board.

The follow me board is quite a good way to stop a HGV this will mostly be used on civs driving HGVs. It is realistic and a much smoother way of pulling over HGVS.

That's already added I believe to the RTPC commercial enforcement vehicles, along with DSVA

This is a thing on the CE X5 already.
The DVSA Pool Car should say it but is bugged, Joe has fixed it and will be pushed in the next update
