Accepted Full map blips.

Can we have the full map blips back? I've heard a fair few people mention they want it back, in addition I think also from a Mod side it's easier to track someone if we get a complaint but nobody knows the name tag as we would have to be in an area to see blips around you which could well be gone by the time anyone gets there.

I hope the decision can be reconsidered.
