Hi
So each branch of the NHS have their own special areas to work on. Unfortunately HART would not fall under the range of extensively treating critical injuries and we are aiming to keep it that way.
HEMS are currently undergoing a recruitment and a large revamp to their treatment process - this is a complex process so it will take time.
