to bring realism to sudden deaths and injured Police officers/Civilians there could be an implemented feature/division, the division would be called the L.A.A (London Air Ambulance) this feature would be a good addition to the server where (N.P.A.S) Trained pilots would fly the helicopters to respond to scenes, where the injured/casualty's are in a critical condition and with the L.A.A they would be airlifted to the nearest hospital helipad.

NHS is planned in the future and LAA would accompany that but for the moment helimed is only in use by people verified to use it
