Declined In-game rain

Please reduce the amount of time it rains for in game and how often it happens. It seems to be every hour, for an hour and it is very annoying, considering its summer! People are getting frustrated by the amount of rain we are having in game currently.

I know I am not the only person with this complaint! Lol

You can thank london for the weather, the weather is supposed to be synced up to what london's got. If it's raining in game, there's a very high chance it's raining in london. Gonna have to decline this one for now
