Accepted LAS- Allow /gloves to be used by Survive Medical Team

I have been running as a paramedic for Survive Medical Team over the last couple of days and noticed that the /gloves command is restricted to police units. I feel this would be a meaningful change given you don't wear Latex gloves 24/7 and you don't treat patients without any protection on your hands.

Thank you for your suggestion, Unlike the LAS/HEMS/HART Uniforms, Survive does not already spawn with gloves, therefore I will mark this as accepted and intergrate Survive Medical Team into the current Police gloves feature.

No ETA at this time.
