Closed - Acknowledged Lock Vehicles

Be able to lock all vehicle VRN,type,etc with or without Markers on ANPR tablet. This helps a lot of divisions especially tracking down vehicles.

This would be useful in the case of a Fail to Stop as with the current system won’t freeze the VRN on the ANPR system unless it has a marker on it.

A solution to either freeze any number plate on the reader, or perhaps a UI in the M menu that could show the previous 25 vehicle VRNs (possibly attach Speed and Markers as part of that) would be a good addition for the usage of all met divisions.

I think this is a very useful idea as it will help with IPP FTS Radio transmissions ETC.
