Locker at NPAS/HEMS @ LSIA

Its been asked from a member of NPAS if we can have a clothes locker point at LSIA, as we get scrambled to lift NPAS or HEMS, it would save time rather than a F1 back to station, to change our clothes to then head towards the airport

Hey crusade (and by extension donhoolio), sorry for such a long reply time.

Unfortunately, a locker at the NPAS base in LSIA is not on the to-do list. if NPAS are told to scramble they need to head to a station in order to collect the vehicle suitable to enter airport grounds anyways, as the amber beacon is required to cross over to the hangar.
