Declined Locker feature

Hi this is a feature i have wanted to see for a while, instead of HART only having perms to change uniforms, can we have a new section in every vehicle's boot named "clothes" or "uniforms" or "locker" because for the people who do not have tacops, it becomes hard to switch between uniforms while away from station, E.G: LFB on scene unable to switch from station uniform to a bunker/turnout uniform, or Police switching from a normal vest to a high-vis jacket / black rain jacket. etc.

This should be in consideration to make Roleplaying more realistic.

This would fall into the realm of the same area, And as echo'd previously we have no plans to allow non subscribers to switch uniforms like that
