I think people without tacops should have the ability to change between their divisional outfits, whether that be adding a jacket or taking a jacket off etc

I agree with removing/ putting on Hi Vis vests ETC. This could be done with a command similar to /hat or /gloves? However, I don't think you should be able to change your complete outfit.

Chaning outfits would be useful option at the boot of a vehicle. At this point its almost a necessity in most divisions to change outfits depending on scene.

Agreed although especially for people like rtpc that would change to ciu outfit it would be perfect

At this time we have no plans of adding uniform customisation / jacket on/off to non-subscribers.
