Suggestion Title: Stretcher for Ford Transit/ Coroner RP

Add a Stretcher to the back off the ford transit to allow for the transport of body bags by CID, Will increase RP for both CID and LHS, and can have body bags of Civs or of AI just adds that little bit more to the scene. SV Code addpolcidtransit

Hello, Currently LHS can transport to the morgue, this can be done with AI & Civilian alike.

You can request this when attending as CID.
