Make Callsign Changer 1-999 Instead of 1-99

The current system to set your callsign using /callsign in chat only allows you to go as high as 99. This is problematic for CW units as well as some others whose callsign is three digits. I would love to see a fix implemented!

Thanks for your suggestion.

The long term goal is to stop assigning individual callsigns. The idea is that when a unit signs on, they will be able to select their callsign from the available callsigns. There is currently a significant manual overhead in assigning, reassigning and unassigning callsigns which we're looking at removing.

With this in mind, I'm going to decline the suggestion.
