Suggestion Title: AFO Negligent Discharge Form

Division: MET - AFO

My suggestion is for AFO to implement a 'Negligent Discharge' form so that both accidental shots, accidental kills, teamkills etc can all be logged as these are still serious cases that at the moment have no way of being checked or even documented when they happen as they usually go unnoticed because no one says anything. This type of form should be created and have a strong option to post a clip of what happened so their is context as well as a statement. This form would be similar to that of the NAPAS Crash form that pilots must fill out whenever they crash.

Having Reviewed this with the rest of AFO Command we have decided to Accept your suggestion. Instead of a new form introduced we have added an additional question to the existing firearms deployment form for Negligent Discharges.
