Suggestion Title: AFO sub division - CT

Division: MET - AFO

This would be perfect when there is a deployment and CTSFO want or need to deploy as soon as possible, adding on there would be a form that people fill out when self deploying to give details to command about who deploy and when they deploy giving command a brief idea of what restrictions to bring into place.

With this would bring a deployment criteria so for example it would be something like the following below.

1 trojan and one FM must be online to deploy
Must fill out form
Must ensure when deployed you deploy with x2 people when possible (Unless only one is on)

Just a short example but obviously no point of doing a massive one just feel like it would be a good idea allowing for command to just keep an eye on it instead of just authorising it every time!

-1 CTSFO is a specialist division and shouldn't be deployed everyday.

Hi Bob,

Thank you for your suggestion however we do not wish to change the deployment criteria CTSFO as this is AFO Command & Inspector + Trained CTSFO that can give Authorisation only, this would lead to the sub division being deployed to regularly and at present there is usually someone available and online to deploy CTSFO 24hrs a day.
