Suggestion Declined MET - AFO: NEW AFO SUB DIVISION

now i am not in AFO yet but i was thinking today and i thought of ARB=armed response bikes.
now this sub division will be just like AFO but on bikes and they will attend the same calls but they will be faster and they can also help with RTPC on escorts if they are armed escorts so involve AFO and if you want to trojan you can on the bikes you will just have to take out another bike also this sub division can be obtained bye doing a training request in the AFO form hub and you would get trained in it and you could patrol as it. I think it would be really cool to see these in game and patrolling

Tbh, may not work. With the amount of armour and gear on them, racks up to around 37kg (correct if wrong) so having the bike would be quite a hassle due to the fact that they will have loads of weapons on them and unmarked units would possibly not be a thing either.

This is the opinion of me, I would see this as not Practical for AFO - Where would we store Additional Weapons? For example on a basic Server Patrol we Carry 1 AR, 1 Pistol, 1 Baton Gun, Flashbangs, Taser, Where would you be able to store all this on a bike?

Having the vehicles means that we can keep all this kit + Additional Body Armour Plates, Helmet or Racked rifles in the boot.

I think the bikes CTC use unsure of the name I think it’s that they have a van/car that respond with firearms etc but the officer would have a primary firearm ie glock I believe

This has been Declined, after speaking to the AFO INSP he doesn't like the idea
