Keep with the MCX Rifle

Just Randomly changes every month from the Toyota to another Vehicle etc

After having discussed this as AFO Command & in musteroom, we have decided that there isn't currently another car suitable to be given as the reward for Monthly Operations.

Therefore, I will move this suggestion to Declined.
