Suggestion Title: Add some sort of requirements required to deploy the forensics sprinter

So, as we all know, the forensics sprinter must be authorized to deploy, however in this suggestion, I'm adding some sort of requirements, just like declaring a major incident, maybe 5+ dead bodies requirement to deploy the forensics van.

Don't understand what you mean, large forensics van must always be authorized.

Hello Tiago,

Thank you for the suggestion.

We don't have any plans to change the way the authorisation for the Mercedes Sprinter works, introducing self-authorisation will lead to misuse and we have no way of tracking use.

Therefore I will be declining this suggestion.
