Suggestion Title: CID call rotate.

granted control already have alot of work, which im sure we all appreciate but the past couple days has been hard to get any CID points. Control ask calling unit to use f2 menu (fair enough), but by the time the unit has even requested backup, someone has already put "st5" in chat. personally, i think it would be good for control to rotate units to calls, making it even for everyone so we all get a fair share of jobs

Thank you for your suggestion.

As CID calls are generally not urgent, they go through the F2 backup menu or text chat. Control has no say in which units attend these calls.

On this basis, I will be declining this suggestion.
