Thank you for your suggestion!

The idea of a CPS/ Court system has been raised before. It was raised quite some time ago, and was discussed amongst the command team. It was decided, that a ‘court system’ wouldn’t fit practically within the state of the server, as it moves away from the marketed “Emergency Service Roleplay” to an arguably more boring use of complex criminal law and legislation. At the moment, after this suggestion has been raised and discussed within the command team, we will be upholding this previous judgement. If we were to introduce the role of a CPS to look in depth at legislation and evidence of a case, it could get messy very quickly and easily. In the future, this may be reevaluated as the server expands, however at the moment the role of CPS doesn’t fit how we would like within the CID Case System, and the division as a whole.
