Suggestion Title: New CID Callsign

Division: MET - CID

Change the callsign from SOxx from CID to DCxx. Would this not make more sense as they are detective constables? As my callsign is DS2. Inspector is DI. Would it not make sense to change all of CID to DC to keep unity within the callsigns?

Callsigns for ERPT depends on the borough the unit is attached to. e.g, CN is Central North, SW is South West etc
