Suggestion Title: Update to SOCO forensics form

Division: MET - CID

So on the forensics form where it says "civilian information"
can we get it split to two bits possibly? Suspect and Casualty

but also the ability to duplicate these sections
as often theres more than 1 suspect for example
or more than 1 casualty
