Suggestion Title: DSU-rural

Division: MET - DSU

would DSU not be helpful in rural areas such as sandy grapeseed and paleto?

they can assist in missing people in mountains dogs can get to places to dangerous for humans to reach...
callsigns could be X-100+ , and be called RDU (rural dog unit)

This would give civs more variety when making scenes as the city and legion isn't the only part of the map and gives RCT (ERT) a chance to also be involved in more scenes to assist.

Would love to see more rural response cars for DSU, but it will need reskin and it’s ELS reconfigured to all blues and the light bar changed but other than that would love to see this implemented.

Moved to pending dev review. Please be mindful devs are over loaded with development atm with all the CFX policy changes and all other pending development plans so don’t expect it to be this year.
