ERT Just had a garage overhaul for the first time in a year ifnot longer

The main role of ERT is to be seen. Therefore unmarked cars would not make sense. Unmarked is usually used by Roads or CID where not being seen works better for them and as stated by Larry we have just had an amazing overhaul of cars from developers.

Unmarked cars are utilised just to add it on there, although the main point of Response to be proactive.

Good afternoon @vryx1811,

After a conversation with the rest of the command and SPC. At this moment in time we will be DECLINING this suggestion.

This is because we have recently had a garage overhaul and we don't see the need for unmarked cars within ERT.
