Suggestion Title: Electric vehicles

Division: MET - ERT

Seeing as all services are going green i think a good way to represent that would be with more wide use electric vehicles for PCs
obviously it would be a challenge to map them with realistic tourque, handling, noise, ect... but i think it would be intesting to see how they interact in server
i belive it would benifit lfb as they would get some more diverse and interesting calls from the charger fires, EV fires and extraction from an EV some examples are as follows

Hello Fallout,

Thank you for your suggestion. ERT received quite an extensive garage update approximately 3 months ago. Whilst I agree and love the idea of this, I am not sure if it will be approved due to the above reasons I have mentioned

thank you and i love appreciate the hard work the devs do i would be perfectly fine if this was a backburn i do however believe that because of the immediate torque and immediate acceleration RTPC would find good use of EVs
