I think there should be experienced ERT that can offer ride alongs to less experienced ERT and PCSOs. There could be a channel in discord where these buddies mention when they are free and any PCSOs or less experienced PC’s can dm us to arrange it

There is nothing to stop you or anyone in ERT for that matter taking people out on a double crew patrol to give them more knowledge. This also involves PCSO.

We have discussed this thoroughly in ERT Command. After weighing the pros and cons, it has been decided that the suggestion will be moved to the declined suggestions area.
