Suggestion Title: Fire Extingisures

I feel as that the CID,ERPT,RTPC,DSU vehicle boots should all have fire extingisures as they do in real life and i feel that this can increase the RP on scenes a lot more when no LFB are on so if there is a vehicle smoking then can extingiuse it but not actually do anything with the vehicle so they could for example stand on the other side of the vehicle and have a fire extingisure to use instead of just standing their waiting or they could be used for a lot more scenes!

Giving Police fire extinguishers to match irl will take away some elements of LFB within the game regardless

i feel that this can increase the RP on scenes a lot more when no LFB are on

If anything to the above, rather than giving police extinguishers to cover the inactivity of LFB, defeats the purpose of building a division/tree and boosting activity overall.
