Suggestion Title: Police Command

Division: MET - ERT

This Is Targeted at all police Divisions, Just cannot select them all,

As Police command Teams are scene command trained, I feel It would be nice to have a Vehicle we can take out for Scenes which we may need to have command on, I understand all we have a Large met command Center, but I feel a smaller one which we can access VIa our Command garages also may be a good Idea.

Hello, whilst I do see value in this suggestion, overall the time it takes to go get the van out and bring it to the scene defeats the purpose of being commander as it would simply take too long and the scene would go without a scene commander for longer than it needs to. Wendy look into this in future, but at the moment it would not be a priority for the Dev team.
