Hey Patchi,

This suggestion has cropped up on the forums, and every time it is declined for the same reason.
Adding this into the game would cause high lag on the server for players with not very beefy PCs, the mechanics of the tape require a lot of memory because of the way they react with the wind.

I am going to move this to declined for this reason, plus it isn't also a divisional suggestion as such, feel free to post it in normal suggestions if you wish.
For now, moved to DECLINED
