Suggestion Title: Police Taser Deployment Form

Me and other members of the Community have tried in the past, they didn't want it. Hopefully some of the new Sergeants to the team can develop it further.

Add a form you're required to fill out every time you deploy your taser to reduce the amount of false tasers deployed. Form could include the following; How many cartridges deployed? Why was it deployed? Did you use other means of reasonable force? No - Then it will ask why you used taser...
