Suggestion Title: POM Backpack

I have seen afo's and hems with back packs why don't have POM's it would add to the rp experience for the scenes

Just an FYI from HEMS: We don't have the backpacks readily available to HEMS. It is usually used for events such as tonight from command members, not something we have available as part of the uniform.
