monthly operations for RURAL and for CIV aswell like aim to have atleast 15 civ scenes spread out with all civs not 15 each like fifteen all in so someone does a rural scene as civ that counts as 1 and so fourth for Rural crime team for example misper dropping packages off stealing cattle and more

Forcing Civ's to do scenes is not the way to go. If units will patrol more in the north of the map, Civs will also migrate there too (leading to your desired Rural scenes).

Have to disagree unfortunately, I don’t think Civs should have a minimum amount of scenes they need to do for a Division/Sub-Division. Civs create RP and use their creativity as they wish.

it’s understandable that some Sub-Divisions may not receive as many calls but that’s just how it is. I think it would be good for ERT Command to make a ERT Rural Civ Guide, this may give civs a better idea about what you guys do, which may lead to more scenes.

The other part of your suggestion, Monthly operations / campaigns would be a great idea for Rural, If civs knew about it I think they would definitely do more things based around your months focus!

I will try to respond to everyone's comments here. To begin with I understand the frustration especially for you Hoorie as you are constantly on as Rural but do not get to attend many calls, this is something that is being looked into.

As for the other comments although I would agree in terms of not forcing people to do calls for certain sub divisions, I do believe Rural gets left out a lot hence why people are not deploying as it. Lewis I take on board your comment about a civ rp guide but I am pretty sure that civs within Policemp have got where they are due to their Roleplaying skills, so much so they should be able to figure out some calls to make in the rural part of the map.

I will be honest, a lot of the specialised divisions don’t get much action, such as Rural, PaDP, RAPTOR, SCD. I believe that a RP guide would absolutely be a good first step in the right direction, and then once that is made, a push for encouragement for Civs to look at and do said scenes would be much easier to do.

I’ve got an idea for the Civ side that would benefit this suggestion that I’ll throw forward after I do some more research and get supporting statistics.
