Suggestion Title: TSG to have hat and helmets

Division: MET - ERT

Hello my suggestion is for TSG to be able to switch to hats and helmets like AFO. As they can access their helmet from their boot. I further believe that PSU as they patrol in TSG vans can equip their actual TSG uniform from the van as this will make TSG deployments more effective and fast.

I also believe that if TSG have hats it will be used in events like football games, ect. This will further descalate a situation as we don't look so aggressive.
