Suggestion Title: unit (pcso) giving more interaction

Division: MET - ERT

putting a rule in place because alot of the time im sure eveyone agrees pcso's are often lost or just forgotton where they are able to pt so maybe putting a rule when theres pcso in server only units can pt, pc can pt only if no pcso is avilable this will encourage them not getting bored as they actually have a role becuase pc rush to pt sometimes and units have had no chance

Hello lee,

Thank you for your suggestion. After reviewing this, I have come to the conclusion of denying this suggestion. This is because PCSOs are new to the server and there is no way to control whether they run as PT or not, plus it would be unlikely for them to respond to calls on the radio since many don't even have it on. There would be no way that we can enforce this rule on the PCSOs.
