Suggestion Title: Airports Roads Policing Vehicles

Division: MET - RTPC

I believe we need some unarmed vehicles for RTPC so we can enter the docks and airports since we need beaconed vehicles.

Met use a Volvo XC90 with a beacon to allow unarmed units onto the airfield. I believe this could be added with a small rework/touch up to the model linked below and maybe have a small training package to be able to drive this on the airport to learn to drive on the airport properly with a training package probably called like "Airport Driving Safety Course" or something like that to also add something extra for people to work towards.

I disagree with this, IRL only Specially Trained officers may enter the airfield unless all air traffic is shut down or theyre escorted by airside OPS.

really if there is a call at heathrow only AFO would be there as any disturbance identified at the airport is immediately taken as a terrorist Threat unless AFO deem it as not so.
