Suggestion Title: Armed seg

Division: MET - RTPC

Sure this has been suggested before however
However people who are both in AFO and SEG could have access to a Pistol as SEG do irl.
This would only be able for members who are apart of both divisions and could require another training package.

More than happy to go into more detail if needed
Many thanks

There have been tonnes of instances where people have suggested a division get firearms like this and they all get declined. I'd imagine this would be one of them, Personally I think its cool and I'd love to have the ability myself but honestly AFO, SM, Devs frustratingly say no all too often to these suggestions. Fingers crossed it gets considered but I can't see the practicality or where SEG would even bother to use firearms

Yeah,
my idea is that this is that only members of both services get this. So you’d have to be in AFO and RTPC SEG to be eligible for this

Same was suggested for FSD multiple times cross div stuff but still. They got told no and they work with AFO on scenes with depending on situation obviously

Hello Larry,

first of all, thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately we will be moving this under "declined". At this moment, we are not planning to equip SEG Officers with a sidearm. Purpose of SEG in this server is primarily to "prepare" and clear off the roads for the escort to pass quickly and efficiently while AFO Officers are there to provide protection. At this moment and time, we are not planning to change their purpose.

Once again, thank you for your suggestion and have a good day,
