Allow the use of both vehicles to have a choice when multiple bikes are on to use the non-basket one in the city in alignment with some realism. I think a few people would like to see the choice.

+1 - London doesn't have rural areas so bike can patrol anywhere. Bosh

Yeah, it makes sense to only let offroad on that bike, but it should be able to be used in the city as well (would make me feel like a scorpion unit xD) +1

Don't see the point in restricting bikes tbf +1

Both bikes have the same tyres on, alongside the fact its the same bike in general so restriction doesn't really benefit much +1
