Suggestion Title: CIU Double Crewing

Hello,

As you may be aware, I am often double crewing when running as RTPC, subsequently responding to CIU requests as a double crew.
Myself and others would think it would be great if both people were able to get points for a CIU investigation as you will often both work on the investigation together. This would be similar to CID in which you put the names of the other person you're on the form with so they would also get the point.

I like this idea, and I'm happy to trial this. We will be monitoring this over the next two weeks. A ping will go out in the RTPC musteroom shortly to address this.
