My suggestion is that RTPC should get the CoLP BMW 330'd, his is used very often in the City of London and therefor i think that we deserve to get this beautiful car to not only add realism but to benefit RTPC

As far as I am aware, if it isn't marked as AFO/DSU and such, and doesn't have the AFO or DSU mark on the roof, you are able to use it as you paid for it, it just will not hold spikes.

As the above have said, you are able to use it, however it does not have spikes so think about this tactical disadvantage
