Suggestion Title: Roads Crime Team "RAPTOR" - Side Contact

Division: MET - RTPC

Let's paint a picture in your head for this suggestion. A pretty picture, a picture with many more pictures following it. Ok scrap that, it's a video.

So, this suggestion will be addressing one major weak spot within our battle against bike crime as the Roads Crime Team; the side of the bike. At this current time, if a bike is side on to you, there is nothing that a RAPTOR driver can (officially) do.

The name of the suggestion states exactly what it is being suggested and to get straight to the point, I'll split my evidence gathering into a couple of categories.

*Evidence of problem in game*
While this is the only clip, it shows an easy way out *if* side contact was permitted, in this clip both riders were not able to be located post decamp.

*Evidence of usage in game*

This clip is recorded by an RTPC Command member, with the caption of "INSANE RAPTOR TAKEDOWN" and posted to a public social media domain. The mentioned tactic was carried out by a second RTPC Command member. With this information, I conclude that the tactic was both well evaluated, properly intended and then reviewed and approved for social media postage which in my opinion signifies it to be a suitable tactic for execution.

Second POV: https://shorturl.at/lBD02
These two clips show a scenario of once again side on contact, this time at a lower speed where the back wheel was the target of the contact, causing the bike to slide out and both riders to be dismounted and apprehended with very minimal injures.

*Evidence of usage in real life*
While anyone who comes in contact with me will know that I hate the usage of IRL to push for changes on the server, there has to be a section with evidence submitted from real life sources.

This shows side on contact during a moving pursuit.

https://shorturl.at/aARX8
This shows side on contact post reinforced box after the rider attempts to drive away.

https://t.ly/E4Ktm
This shows side on contact from the front, almost stationary but still moving.

With the provided evidence, and prior lengthy discussion between members of the Roads Crime Team RAPTOR within game (both past and present), this suggestion has been provided as an official means to request the authority of performing side on contact on motorcycles within game.

Please understand that this suggestion has been posted on a server wide platform and hence invites comments. both positive and negative, from members all around the community. This suggestion is not limited to just RCT RAPTOR drivers and would directly benefit from engagement from RTPC TPAC/ADV drivers, other MET divisions and any other areas of the server (especially CivRP).

Thanks for your time reading this suggestion, and I look forward to hearing any questions, comments, queries or complaints regarding it,

Tactical Contact can be considered a tactical option or a use of force. Realistically, as long as you can justify it by utilising the NDM (National Decision Model), there shouldn't be an issue.

@Kube

Reach out to Unknown and Billog - take them through this in-game with your thoughts on how it can be actioned. I will then review with them and see where we go.
I like the concept - I'll be interested to see their views on it too.

Good morning,

We have spent some time looking at this and are happy to accept this suggestion. Plans are in place to add this tactic to training materials and our Raptor tactics. Please bear with us while we complete this task. A new training guide will be provided soon once complete.

Thanks for your patience so far.
