Suggestion Title: RTPC Cars Without Spike Strips

Hello!

It has come to my attention that there are a few cars within the RTPC Garage that don't have spike strips,
Is this something that could be added in the future?

The following list are the cars/bikes that don't have them:
- BMW F750GS Off Road (Spawn Code: addpoloffroadbike)
- BMW 1 Series (Spawn Code: addpoloneseries)
- Unmarked Cupra Ateca (Spawn Code: umcuprajeep1)
- Marked Cupra Ateca (Spawn Code: cuprajeep)
- Cupra Marked (Spawn Code: CupraMKD)
