Suggestion Title: RTPC Helmet visor be able to go up and down

I believe Blood outfit has this but is when they are able to put there visor up and down by doing the commands, /helmetdown and /helmetup, this would also be good to add to the ability of the RTPC bike outfits to be able to also do this. This would add to the realism of the outfit like irl.
