Suggestion Title: RTPC new tactic training

I believe RTPC TPAC should be given training regarding tactical X-Ray (junction box) working alongside DSU/ARO as this would be beneficial with in-game pre-emptive tactics and encourage further cross-divisional work with DSU.

It's not an official tactic used. As you should be more than aware, stinger/tpac are the pre-emtive tactical options used. You can also do pre-emtive contact (idk if pmp does that, but it can be used irl.)

In theory, DSU don't hold the correct tickets to do pre-emtive boxes with traffic anyway. They would just be behind ready with the dog incase they ran.
