Suggestion Title: RTPC - SEG - Bike Whistle

Division: MET - RTPC

Audio change from sirens to this bike whistle, as they use the whistles and no sirens within London as people are too desensitised to sirens. Therefore whistles, also because it is much more distinctive and might make people look over to see what's happening and actually move etc.

I love this! Was gonna suggest it myself but yeah amazing suggestions would love to see the SEG bike siren get replaced with whistle!

Hello Ben, I do like the sound of this and i think it would possibly be an easy fix,
