Suggestion Title: SEG Bike Whistle

Division: MET - RTPC

SEG in real life use whistles to distinguish themselves from other sirens, as it is a very heavy urban environment and people may not react to upcoming sirens as promptly as if it was a whistle. Waffle over.
Onto the suggestion,
As SEG we just run with lights on, which Civs and other officers may not react to, therefore, it may be worth, when we have our sirens on and we press E (Or our preferred siren and horn keybind), it plays a whistle sound for a second or two.

As you can see in the video, they have their sirens on and blow whistles to warn of their presence and direct traffic.
