Declined need more civs making scenes

I find myself driving around the city endlessly not being allocated a job and theres only so many npc traffic stops u can do

Please Bare In Min CIV only Make scene in There time Please Dont Rush CIV to make a Scene and Just Wait a Little Longer
Also i see That Ur a PCSO Maybe Apply And You May Find Ur Self Doing More when You Become an PC Constable

Hello, Going from this i believe there is sufficient civ scenes on going, with over a dozen every hour or 2 in all honesty for weekends, sometimes more, it depends on the time you play, overall we cant force people to play in hindsight so there is not much we can be done on the suggestion, So it will be declined
