I'd just like to make a point that when you are using the new ANPR system, when trying to transmit over the radio or in game, you cannot be heard whilst the system is open, this is primarily directed towards DC'd units whilst the passenger is trying to provide live updates for pings on the system, they are not able to transmit to other units where the ANPR has pinged unless they come off the ANPR.
