This is a nice building and I'm sure could bring many more interesting scenes, however I'm not overly sure if this would be implemented due to the price. €101/£86 is quite pricy.

I would question maybe the names in this pack. While it looks like a nice pack I wonder if the names are appropriate for the server. Bear in mind if comments were made in Discord chat using the names they may be subject to some kind of enforcement action/deletion. Be interesting to know the view of higher ups regarding that.
