Hems Have A Bag Like Afo (FRA MO19 BAG) because irl they have one, it would be a good addition to Roleplays and more realistic.

Hi Turner,
We've had a very similar suggestion before. This would be a good suggestion, but bare in mind we already have a prop that can be used on scenes that you can retrieve from your boot.
We are aware there is backpacks that exist that can be added as a cosmetic to the uniform that could be a good addition to the HEMS team, so as such will move this to pending developer review.
Meanwhile, you can use the ALS kit that you can grab out of the boot of any HEMS vehicle as a prop.
