Responsibilities that would apply to the server:

- ensuring the continuing health, safety and welfare of detainees within police custody
- assessing and formulating tailored care plans for vulnerable people with multiple medical conditions, some of which may limit their ability to be detained and interviewed (less so within the server)
- providing clinical guidance for custody staff responsible for the observation of detainees
- ensuring accurate clinical and police records
- responding to clinical emergencies
- collecting forensic samples to assist police in their investigations

It is like an FME?
Sorry for the late reply mate, work has been absolutely manic.

An FME has to be a Doctor, they generally manage a whole borough and all the respective custody suites within said borough. They also lead the medical teams at all respective custody suites. The individual custody suites themselves are staffed by one or two nurses/paramedics who are responsible for the duties listed in my prior post within that custody suite.

Hope this answer helps, thanks for the question and if you have any further please feel free to reach out.

Kind Regards,
